With a triple clutch and intermediary disk design, this clutch kit offers outstanding clamping power without completely sacrificing smooth engagement for street or racing applications. This clutch kit incorporates a pull to push style conversion kit and includes a new push style throw out bearing, clutch slave cylinder, and associated brackets to remove the factory pull style system. This benefits not only pedal feel but prevents pull style throw out bearing clip disengagement that can leave you stranded.
7.25″ Design for Reduced Weight
The P&L Motorsports Triple Disk Clutch and Flywheel Kit features a reduced diameter to reduce the overall rotational mass of the clutch. This clutch design was developed for our 1000+ horsepower to the wheels, 8.88@171 mph quarter mile STI drag car and we are now offering the fruits of our research and testing to anyone looking to build a high horsepower Subaru.
Two Flywheel Weight Options to Suit Your Application
The standard Street flywheel is the appropriate choice for any street driven Subaru as well as tested as best option for drag racing applications. It will be the easiest to drive due to its additional inertia which helps with initial forward movement from a standstill. The lightweight Circuit flywheel is a reduced weight option, suited for time attack or other track-only cars.
