Majority of in stock items will ship within 1-2 business days if placed on.
WE RECOMMEND CONTACTING SALES@MOESUPRA.COM TO CHECK STOCK ON AN ITEM(S).
We will cancel any order that is marked as a red flag and/or potential fraudulent activity. We have an automated system that will notify us of suspicious activity.
If you accidentally put an incorrect shipping address then you must notify us immediately, otherwise you'll be subject to re-directed shipping charges if the order has already shipped to the incorrect address.
We currently ship all orders via Ground/Standard Shipping. If you need an order expedited, then please email sales@moesupra.com
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Please email sales@moesupra.com to discuss an international shipment.
APO / PO BOX SHIPMENTS
All items sold on moesupra.com can only be shipped to residential and/or business addresses, not APO or PO box addresses. Shipments going to an APO or PO Box will default to ship via USPS as the shipping carrier and will require an additional shipping/handling fee. You will be contacted after the order with your options. Requests to cancel/refund an order going to an APO/PO address will be subject to a 4% cancellation fee. Please be aware that the United States Postal Service (USPS) has size restrictions on shipments going to APO’s and PO Boxes. If you have a large item needing to ship to a postal box please contact one of our customer us to look at available options. If you choose to have your APO or PO Box shipment sent via a different carrier, we suggest verifying the delivery possibilities with that carrier before placing the order. If a package is deemed undeliverable by a carrier that cannot delivered parcels to your post office box or APO the buyer will be responsible for all freight charges and fees associated with the shipment.
DAMAGED / LOST SHIPMENT
If your shipment becomes damaged or lost in transit, please contact us immediately. Do not discard any boxes or packaging materials that were included with the shipment. In order to fully process a damage claim, all original products and packaging materials must be provided. Moe Supra Performance Parts is not liable for damage claims that are denied due to customer negligence.
