Fulfillment Policy

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

 

If you want to cancel an order, you better act fast. We process orders immediately, assuming you made an executive decision when submitting the order. If we’re able to stop the shipment in time, a 6% fee will be sliced from your refund. We aren't interested in paying merchant fees out of our own pocket because you had a change of heart or didn't read the product description.

 

RETURNS

 

You have 15 calendar days from the date of delivery to request a return on most items, but keep in mind—approved returns are hit with a 30% restocking fee - NO EXCEPTIONS. Select items/brands do not qualify for a return at all.

 

No "Buyer’s Remorse": We aren't a rental service. If you simply changed your mind, keep the part. Returns are only for valid, documented issues.

Condition Matters: Returned items must be brand new, unopened, untouched and in original packaging. If we see a single fingerprint, a scratch from a failed installation, unoriginal packaging, or any unreported damage, your return will be rejected instantly.

The Rules: Approved returns will need a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) from Moe Supra Performance Parts before sending anything back. If it shows up without one, it’s not our problem.

Final Sale: Special orders and select brands are yours forever. No cancellations, no returns, no exceptions. You are more than welcome to contact us to check if the parts you are about to buy are final sale items.

REFUNDS

 

Once your return arrives at its’ destination it will undergo a thorough inspection. We’ll email you to let you know if you’ve been approved or rejected. Don't expect a dime until we've confirmed the item is actually in the condition you claimed. If you pass inspection, your refund (minus fees) will hit your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

 

EXCHANGES

 

No Exchanges: It's all on you to make sure you are buying exactly what you need. The only time we’ll cut you some slack is if the items arrives damaged, incorrect, or defective. In these cases, we will provide an exchange only and will require the defective item to be sent back. Do not ask for a refund; if it’s damaged, defective, or incorrect - we’ll replace it, but the money stays here.

 

MISDELIVERIES

 

If your tracking says "Delivered" but your hands are empty, notify us AND the shipping carrier immediately. Do not wait days, weeks, or months to speak up. It is your job to track your own package. If you take too long to report a missing delivery, don't bother asking for help—nothing will be done.
