Return & Cancellation Policy

ORDER CANCELLATION

If you wish to cancel an order that you just placed then you must notify us immediately. We process orders lightning fast, as if you've made an executive decision when placing the order. If your order can be canceled, then a 4% fee will be taken out of your refund. This fee gets charged upon us and is simply not fair for us to take a loss because you ordered the wrong item or had sudden buyer remorse. Orders that have been shipped but not delivered yet cannot be canceled. You will have to wait to receive the item(s) then email us for a return.

Most orders can be returned within 20 days of the order delivery date. Returns are subject to a 30% restocking fee if the return is approved. We will not accept returns due to buyer remorse. You must have a valid reason to be approved for a return/refund. The returned item(s) must be brand new in its original, unopened, unused condition to be returned unless there is a manufacturer defect. Returns will be denied on any item that shows any sign of unreported damage or installation. All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) issued by Moe Supra Performance Parts to be approved for return.

Due to the wide variety of items we sell, some items are final sale and cannot be returned. 

Special order items are final sale and cannot be canceled or returned.
